Our reports assume the sign is mounted on a rigid building surface with no adjacent structures that could funnel wind. Any modification to the mounting surface, sign dimensions, or local topography voids the load analysis. We do not account for seismic forces unless explicitly requested in the project scope.
Our photometric layouts are designed for a maintained average illuminance of 150 lux on vertical surfaces with a uniformity ratio (Eavg/Emin) of 0.8 or greater. These values assume clean lenses, rated LED lumen output at 25°C ambient, and a maintenance factor of 0.85 after 50,000 hours. We are not responsible for color shift or lumen depreciation caused by non-specified drivers, dimmers, or field modifications.
