These terms govern your use of the SignStruct platform, which provides structural engineering, wind load analysis, LED light dispersion design, and material durability testing for physical signage and storefront elements. By accessing this site, you agree to the conditions below.
SignStruct offers engineering reports, material testing, and layout calculations for exterior signs, building facades, and retail storefronts. We do not provide digital marketing, advertising campaign management, or software tools. All deliverables are based on physical manufacturing and placement of corporate identity elements.
You agree to provide accurate project specifications, including site dimensions, local wind zone data, and material preferences. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals from local authorities before installation. SignStruct is not liable for structural failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
All reports, calculations, drawings, and recommendations produced by SignStruct remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project described in your order. You may not redistribute or resell our work without written consent.
SignStruct’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost revenue, business interruption, or costs related to installation errors. Our engineering recommendations are based on standard industry practices and applicable building codes at the time of analysis.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with seven days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. SignStruct reserves the right to refuse service to any client for non-payment, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
